Copy & Printer Paper
Copy and printer paper is packaged in stacks of blank, precut sheets that can be loaded into a copier, inkjet printer, or laser printer to produce images and documents. Laser paper withstands the heat that fuses powdered toner in place via laser printing. Inkjet paper absorbs liquid ink to prevent spreading and produce crisp lines. Multipurpose paper can be used in both laser and inkjet printers, as well as with copiers and plain paper fax machines. Specialty papers include magnetic paper that can cling to metal surfaces, metal-detectable paper that can be detected if lost to avoid contaminating food products, and cleanroom paper that is coated to minimize contamination from release of fibers or microorganisms in laboratories and biotech research facilities.
