Door Latches, Guards, and Bolts
Door latches and door guards help keep buildings and their rooms and contents secure. Deadlatch paddles provide ease when opening a latched door, and deadlatch handles are operated with a natural downward hand motion. Lockset latches include spring latches, deadlatches, and latch kits. Hotel door latches and chain door guards let occupants open the door a few inches but prevent the door from opening fully unless the occupant fully releases the latch or chain.
