Welding magnets hold workpieces in place during welding tasks. Magnets are quicker to set up and take down than clamping systems and are easier to carry. 45° and 90° magnets hold two pieces at either angle. L-shaped 90° magnets hold two pieces perpendicular to each other. Welding squares hold two or three workpieces perpendicular to each other. They can be used to hold three pieces that form an inside corner. Multi-angle magnets have three or more predetermined angles built into the magnet. Adjustable-angle magnets can be customized to any angle within a range.
