Circuit Breakers, Panelboards & Load Centers
Circuit breakers, panelboards, and load centers protect electrical circuits from current overloads. They’re used across most residential, commercial, and industrial electrical applications. Circuit breakers interrupt the current in the event of an overload or short circuit. Panelboards and load centers distribute electrical current to circuits and subpanels. Hardwired ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs) stop the flow of electric current in the event of a ground fault. Hardwired surge protective devices (SPDs) detect and limit power surges. Busway and bus plugs are movable electrical distribution equipment.
