Stainless Steel

Stainless steel resists corrosion and tolerates high temperatures. Stainless steel sheets and plates come in solid and flat pieces or can be expanded or perforated with openings that allow dirt, debris, light, water, and air to pass through them. They are available in different material grades and are strong, durable, and resist corrosion. Stainless steel bars, rods, and discs come in specific shapes, sizes, and material grades and are often used to fabricate precision parts. Stainless steel round and rectangular tube stock has a hollow center and is often used for building and structural applications and to pass wires or other items through them. Stainless steel ball stock is used as ball bearings or rollers in automotive and industrial machinery applications. Stainless steel foil rolls can be formed and cut to size for creating moisture barriers, lining chemical tanks, making shims, producing metal stampings, and industrial heat-shielding applications.
