Blowers move high volumes of air at lower pressure or vacuum levels than air compressors or vacuum pumps. They connect to pipe or hose to blow air through to a specific location. Regenerative blowers use impeller blades to accelerate the air outward and forward, while positive displacement blowers use rotating lobes to trap air and force it to move. Regenerative blowers move air at lower pressures than positive displacement blowers.
