PVDF, or polyvinylidene fluoride, pipe and fittings are frequently used in the semiconductor industry. PVDF pipe and fittings connect together to divert, divide, or return the flow of liquids and chemicals in chemical plant, pharmaceutical, medical, and food processing applications. PVDF, often referred to by its tradename Kynar, is a high purity thermoplastic that resists chemicals, abrasions, salts, and heat, and is ultraviolet (UV) stable for outdoor use. PVDF pipe and fittings come in a variety of shapes and sizes.
